The Embassy and Permanent Mission of the Republic of Ghana to the UN Offices in Vienna successfully conducted a staff training session on Customer and Consular Services on Friday, 1st August, 2025.
The session focused on enhancing the quality of service delivery at the Mission, with emphasis on professionalism, effective communication and the handling of consular matters such as passport issuance, visa services, and client engagement.
This forms part of the Embassy’s ongoing efforts to strengthen internal capacity and ensure consistent, high-standard service to both Ghanaians and foreign nationals.
