Spending on Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation is estimated to reach about US$261.77 billion by 2030. With the AfCFTA secretariat in Ghana opening the country to increased tourism, the tourism sector could see many opportunities for growth such as hotels, guest Centres, recreational facilities, theme parks, among others. 

Other opportunities include;

• Eco-tourism which includes lodging facilities and transport facilities.
• Medical Tourism which includes specialized hospitals and clinics 
• Cultural Tourism: Ghana’s cultural & heritage tourism seeks investments in Castles and Forts to be used as hotels.  
• Adventure Travel opportunities which include cruise boats, waterfront resorts among others
